Weekly Sunday training at Marina Putrajaya at 7:30AM with customised programme sspecific to an upcoming race.
Every wednesday, the team gathers at a local gym or a park for dragon boat specific drills focusing on explosive power and strength endurance.
Consistency is more important than perfection.
ZWL is looking for committed individuals to join us for the 2026 season to compete in both local and international races.
We welcome both experienced and beginner paddlers. We are looking for candidates who can commit to training and hold themselves accountable for the races signed up for. With us, you can train with a diverse team of athletes throughout the season.
